1. Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Rudi Poppes, the developer of Lattix, handles information in the Lattix app, on this website and when you contact support. It does not cover Apple or another app or service you choose to use.
2. Information in the app
You may enter business and customer details, job and site information, measurements, scope, prices, terms, notes, logos and photos. Lattix stores this information in private app storage on your device. The developer does not receive it and cannot view or recover it.
Lattix contains no advertising, third-party analytics, tracking software or developer-operated network service. Information processed only on your device is not collected by the developer.
3. Camera, photos, contacts and LiDAR
Lattix uses Apple system features only after you choose the related action.
- Camera: takes photos you attach to scope.
- Photo picker: imports only the images you select.
- Contacts: copies only the customer contact you select into a job.
- LiDAR and camera: capture room surfaces on supported devices for your review before saving.
You can deny camera access and continue using manual scope entry.
4. PDFs and sharing
Lattix creates customer PDFs on your device. A PDF leaves Lattix only when you choose a destination through Apple’s share or save controls. Copies outside Lattix are managed by you, the recipient and the destination service.
5. This website
This website has no advertising, analytics, tracking scripts, cookies or contact form. Hosting and network providers may process basic technical information, such as an IP address and browser details, only as needed to deliver and protect the site.
6. Support correspondence
If you email support, you choose what to provide. Your contact details, message and correspondence are used only to respond, investigate the issue, retain a reasonable support record or meet legal obligations. They are not sold or used for advertising.
7. Retention and deletion
App data remains on your device until you delete it in Lattix or remove the app. Lattix has no server copy. PDFs and other copies saved or shared outside the app must be removed separately.
8. Security
Lattix uses private app storage and iOS data-protection features. You remain responsible for access to your device and any PDFs you share or save. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Children
Lattix is a professional work app and is not directed to children. The developer does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app or this website.

11. Changes
This policy will be updated if Lattix information handling changes. The effective date identifies the current version.
